DAY 1: Chennai

Arrival Chennai and transfer to the Hotel.  Afternoon city tour of Chennai.

Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 2: Chennai – Kanchipuram – Mahabalipuram

Morning drive to Mahabalipuram via Kanchipuram.  On arrival in Mahabalipuram, check in at the Hotel.

DAY 3: Mahabalipuram

Morning visit Mahabalipuram temples.  Afternoon free to enjoy the beach.

DAY 4: Mahabalipuram – Chidambaram – Darasuram – Tanjore

Morning drive to Tenjore visiting the famous temples of Chidambaram and Darasuram en route.  On arrival in Tanjore, check in at the Hotel.

DAY 5: Tanjore

Morning city tour of Tanjore.  Afternoon excursion to Trichy.

DAY 6: Tenjore – Madurai

Morning drive to Madurai and on arrival, check in at the Hotel.  Afternoon city tour.  Evening witness the Pooja ceremony at the Meenakshi Temple.

DAY 7: Madurai – Periyar

Morning drive to Periyar and on arrival, check in at the Hotel.  Late afternoon boat-cruise in the sanctuary to view wildlife.

Day 08 : Periyar – Kumarakom

Morning option to visit spice and tea plantations.  Afternoon drive to Kumarakom and on arrival, check in at the Hotel.

DAY 9: Kumarakom – Alleppey

Morning cruise through the backwaters to reach Alleppey and thereon drive to Kochi.  On arrival, check in at the Hotel.

Day 10 : Kochi

Morning city tour of Kochi.  Afternoon at leisure.  Evening enjoy a Kathakali dance show.

Day 11 : Kochi – Ooty

Early morning drive to Ooty and on arrival, check in at the Hotel.  Late afternoon short visit to the tea plantations.

Day 12: Ooty – Mysore

Morning drive to Mysore and on arrival, check in at the Hotel.  Afternoon city tour of Mysore.

Day 13 : Mysore – Hassan

Morning drive to Hassan and on arrival, check in at the Hotel.   Afternoon visit Belur and Halebid Temples.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 14: Hassan – Bangalore

Morning drive to Bangalore and on arrival, short city tour before flying to Chennai.  On arrival, transfer to the Hotel.

Day 15 : Chennai & Flyout

In time transfer to the airport for onward International flight.
